Executive Board Member of the Year

This award is given to an Executive Board member, selected by the CAHU President, who distinguished himself/herself through outstanding service during the year. Award application not required.

Chapter of the Year

This award recognizes the exceptional efforts of local chapters in membership growth and retention, legislative participation, PAC contributions, continuing education, and charitable involvement. Award application required.

Member of the Year

This award is given to a CAHU member who has provided CAHU with extraordinary service. Award application required.

Outstanding Local Chapter Newsletter

This award is given to a large and small local chapter for publication of high-quality, interesting, informative, and timely newsletters. Award application required.

Web Site of the Year

All chapter web sites will be reviewed by CAHU leadership and a winner(s) will be selected based on how well the chapter promotes CAHU on their web site. The main page of the chapter web site should promote CAHU events and legislative activities. Award application not required.

Outstanding Chapter Membership Growth

This award recognizes the chapter with the greatest overall percentage of membership growth and the highest retention rate. The winner is selected based on data collected by CAHU leadership. Award application not required.

Outstanding Membership Recruiter: The Robert K. Shepler Membership Award

This award is given to the individual who recruited the most new members during the year. In honor of longtime CAHU member Robert K. Shepler. The winner is selected by data collected by CAHU leadership. Award application not required.

William T. Robinson/M. Lloyd Baum Spirit of Freedom and Legislative Excellence

This award is given to a member of the California Association of Health Underwriters who exemplifies the tireless effort in being a consumer activist on behalf of their clients, fellow insurance brokers and the California Association of Health Underwriters. Award application required.
